I’m a dual-certified Health Coach and Life Coach, working largely in the area of Health & Wellness. I work with individuals and companies to improve overall health, vitality, focus, productivity, and well-being.

I bring a combination of professional (HR) and personal experience, triumphs, knowledge and understanding into my practice, helping clients create a methodology to achieve big change.
